PRODUCTS
Original artworks are one of a kind pieces and will not be reproduced as paintings. However, the artist reserves the right to release print reproductions of any created piece.
Each print will be hand signed and numbered (if it is a limited edition). Some prints might be hand-embellished with paint, gold leaf, glitter, color pencils, ink or any other material.
Once all copies of a limited edition item have sold out, the product is going to be marked as “Sold Out” and it will no longer be available or restocked.
Once all available copies of an open edition item have sold out, it is subject to being available and restocked again.
We always make sure that all products are handled and processed with care and attention to ensure the best result.
Every care has been taken to show the work as accurately as possible (size and color). The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
ORDER PROCESSING
Payments are taken through PayPal in USD. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase – you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
The artwork is shipped from the USA. The currency in which the price is displayed depends on you IP address.
Prices listed do not include shipping costs. These are applied once the customer proceeds to checkout.
Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been dispatched. Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.

COPYRIGHT
All copyright is retained by the artist, Deborah L. Baker. The artist holds all rights to all artwork created, including sold pieces and commissioned original paintings.
The artist retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork as an addition to purchasing the original piece. A painting and the copyright in that painting are two entirely separate commercial entities.
Artwork must not be copied or reproduced without the artist’s written permission. Artworks may not be reproduced in a magazine or any other media without the artists consent.
MODIFICATION OF THE WEBSITE
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you.
These conditions will be changed from time to time. Your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check to determine whether the conditions have been changed.
